PHOTOSince its creation as a private social club in 1930, The Surf Club has played an important role in the cultural history of Miami Beach. Set on eight acres of pristine Atlantic oceanfront on Miami Beach, the iconic Surf Club, re-designed by award-winning architect Richard Meier, features two 12-story residential towers comprising 150 posh residences, along with a five-star hotel.

The Surf Club offers 1 to 5 bedroom units, ranging in size from 1,200 SF to 8,000 SF, including 5 two-story and 8 one-story signature penthouses. There are approximately 50 different configurations for the units.

Residents enjoy endless views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, relax in the expansive terraces and private cabanas, exercise at the pools or the fitness centers, and choose between two restaurants on site to dine.
